At HSBVISA SERVICES PVT. LTD., our commitment is to deliver exceptional services to our clients. We recognize that situations may arise requiring cancellation or refund requests. To ensure transparency and fair treatment for all parties involved, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.
Service Cancellation
- Clients can initiate service cancellation by directly contacting our office.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, either via email or through the cancellation form available on our website.
- Depending on the stage of the process, cancellation fees may apply, and refunds will be provided in accordance with our refund policy.
Fee Refund
- The total invoice amount encompasses both our consultation fee and service fee.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the service fee and the specific stage of the process.
- Refunds will be processed within 90 working days upon receiving the complete refund claim.
Non-Refundable Situations
- We are not responsible for refunding fees paid to Assessing Bodies, Immigration Authorities, or any Embassy/Consulate/High Commission.
- Delays caused by third-party services, such as Courier Services, are beyond our control and are not eligible for a refund.
- In cases of visa rejection due to reasons such as failure to attend an interview, non-compliance with requirements, medical failures, fraudulent documents, prior violations, or late submission of documents, no refund will be provided.
Change of Immigration Rules
If there are changes in immigration rules or if a country ceases to accept visa applications, Austin Incorporation Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any refund.
Termination of Services
HSBVISA SERVICES PVT. LTD. reserves the right to terminate services without a refund in cases where the client fails to submit required documents, tarnishes the company’s reputation, does not respond to communication, withdraws due to personal reasons, or violates immigration or visa laws.
Privacy and Confidentiality
HSBVISA SERVICES PVT. LTD.upholds the confidentiality and privacy of client information in adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
